    1. Update: AWS us-east1 Operational Issue

      AWS is continuing to work through an operational issue affecting a single Availability Zone in us-east1 related to elevated temperatures and cooling system recovery efforts. AWS reports that recovery progress is ongoing, though slower than originally anticipated.

      At this time, we are not currently observing customer-facing impact on TradersPost, but we are continuing to monitor the situation closely given earlier network anomalies observed between our infrastructure and RabbitMQ providers.

    1. Investigating Network Connectivity Issues

      We are currently observing intermittent network connectivity issues affecting communication between our infrastructure and RabbitMQ.

      After investigation, this appears to be related to degraded performance in AWS us-east1. Both our infrastructure provider and messaging provider have indicated this is likely tied to an underlying AWS issue.

      We are continuing to monitor the situation closely and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
